Cycle 4 has begun and will last until November 30th, 2023 inclusively (Noon UTC)
The Cycle is dedicated to security in the crypto space.
New Guidelines and Rules Update
Rewards accrued in xSPA and SPA tokens. As xSPA is becoming the main reward token within the Sperax ecosystem, grants will be accrued as a mix: 80% in xSPA+20% in SPA. Find out here what the xSPA reward token is.
Note:
xSPA is not tradeable, so please use only your on-chain 0x... address (account) on Arbitrum to get rewards.
If you instruct the team to send rewards to your address at any centralized exchange instead of your on-chain address - your xSPA might be lost forever.
Authentic Quality over Second-hand. The Grants will be allocated to a limited number of content pieces in each category.
Superficial texts that are extensively Ai-assisted or are refurbished/recycled from earlier content will not be considered. Use AI as a helpful tool only.
Only awardee content will be posted to Discord channel #creators-grant
Creators know and understand the project.
Starting this Cycle, a limited number of pieces will be selected for grants.
The Sperax team will not provide suggestions or help to improve the submitted content, nor will they provide individualized feedback or reviews.
The creators are responsible for their content. Any misleading, incorrect, or maleficent content will not be considered a valid submission.
Please Note:
Sperax Gitbook is not the only source of information.
The most recent developments are posted on X (formerly Twitter), Discord, Snapshot, and Substack.
Decisions from the Sperax team are final on content acceptance- or deniance.
Limited winners from this cycle.
There will be limited winners in all categories from this cycle hence there is a larger possibility of winners getting good awards.
This decision is to limit bad content and make the participants more responsible.
Eligibility
The content language is English.
The content must promote awareness and encourage new adoption of the Sperax Ecosystem. It should comply with these rules and be relevant, original, engaging, beneficial, and free from poor grammar or typos.
Irrelevant, recycled/second-hand, plagiarized, copy-pasted, spammy, or excessively similar content to previously submitted works are not eligible. Submitters of such content may face disqualification or a ban.
The decision regarding content eligibility is made solely by the Sperax team.
Important notes
Creators are responsible for avoiding copyright infringement.
Content creators agree that when they submit their content pieces for the Grants Program, they do so under the CC0 - Public Domain Dedication license. This permits unlimited distribution and use of the content.
Avoid using AI tools. Ensure you understand what Sperax and Demeter are. AI-generated content often includes irrelevant, hallucinated, misleading, imprecise, or outdated statements. It might also contain generic phrases that decrease the content's perceived quality. When a creator uses AI to aid in content creation, it is their responsibility to review, correct, and enhance the content.
This program aims to support authentic creators. Avoid using official Sperax images/posters; instead, create your own. Do not duplicate or quote old content, whether yours or someone else's. Creators are responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of their content: submissions containing false or misleading information, outdated references, poor grammar, or typographical errors will be rejected.
Submissions should not include NSFW material, political or religious commentary, spam, or trolling. This could result in rejection, ban, or disqualification.
A submission can be accepted or rejected at any point during the cycle. However, acceptance does not ensure a grant. The Sperax team will review the decision to accept or reject the submission after conducting a thorough analysis of the content. Eligibility of content for grants, allocation of specific grant, enrollment, suspension, or termination of a user's participation in the Grant program rest with the Sperax team.

Assessment and Compensation
Every month, a pool of tokens ranging from 200k SPA to 1 million SPA (mix of 80% xSPA+20% SPA) will be allocated for this grant. The team will select the winning content based on-
Relevance (straight to the topic, precise and correct, no redundancy or AI/generic garbage)
Quality and Originality of the content (new, original, clear, well-done, helpful for users)
Engagement (likes, comments, claps, shares, and views might help to select the best piece from submissions of similar relevance and quality/originality. However, engagements will not help mediocre content to get rewards.
After the grant allocation is announced, the team will publish the content that received grants on the Discord channel #creators-grant.
We can't keep Grant allocations open forever, so if a creator does not provide their address their grant will be canceled and reallocated to other creators in the next cycles.
Submission Process
Visit the community Sperax Creators Grant on Zealy and register your participation by accepting the rules. Provide your on-chain 0x... Arbitrum address for potential Grants and performing the quests.
Create content and publish it on external platforms as specified in each quest. When publishing, use the hashtag #SperaxCreator, and on X (Twitter) also tag @SperaxUSD.
Submission: After publishing your content, paste the link to your respective content into Zealy quest and claim the quest. However, acceptance of your claim does not mean automatically that the content will get the Grant.
Timeline and Judgement
After the cycle ends, the Sperax team will review submissions and determine grant allocations.
Grant allocations will be announced and, the winning content will be posted on the Discord channel #creators-grant. Compensation will be distributed within ten days after the announcement.
The Grant size may vary from cycle to cycle, as tasks and submissions quality and quantity may differ.
For your reference: to understand what kind of content quality is valued, please check the winning content of earlier cycles on Substack (find the articles related to the Creators Grant Program).
